We like to keep it simple

Our payments are flexible and transparent. In our call, we can agree to the exact payment conditions that make sense for you - including payments in installments.
Note that wedding suppliers (photographers, venues, etc.) have their own payment terms and conditions. Their fees usually have to be paid prior to the wedding directly to them.

Advance Amount

Advance amount is required and is not refundable. It includes the reservation of the wedding date, celebrant and ceremony.. The advance amount depends on the total cost of your package.

10% of the total amount should be paid on the agreement day by the Party B. Party B must pay the balance 60% of the total amount should be paid on the Wedding day after all services(wedding date) by the Party B. Party B must pay the balance 30% of the total amount on the Product’s which can be paid in the completion of the work If Party B wants additional features for the Product’s they must pay the additional charges.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICIES

The charges applicable if you cancel your wedding are:

More than 150 days prior to the wedding total deposit amount.
150 – 120 days prior to the wedding 20% of the initial quote and deposit
119 – 90 days prior to the wedding 40% of the initial quote and deposit
89 – 60 days prior to the wedding 50% of the initial quote and deposit
Less than 60 days prior to the wedding 100% of the initial quote
The initial quote is the amount accepted by you when you sent us your deposit.

Our cancellations are our liability

We endeavour to provide accurate and up-to-date information to all our clients throughout the booking process.
We make all the necessary reservations requested by you during the booking process and confirm them in writing where your requirements are confirmed with us in writing.
We cannot be held responsible when we are forced to make changes or cancellations as consequences beyond our control.
