Mifuto is looking for a Junior Customer Relationship Manager (Hospital Division) to work at NIMS Medicity, Neyyattinkara. The selected candidate will be responsible for interacting with patients and their families, explaining Mifuto"s photography and videography services, coordinating with photographers and videographers, maintaining daily records, and ensuring excellent customer service while representing Mifuto professionally within the hospital premises. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-friendly attitude, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to work responsibly in a hospital environment while maintaining strict confidentiality of customer and patient information.
Workig conditions
Work Location: NIMS Medicity, Neyyattinkara. Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Weekly Holiday: Sunday. Employees are expected to report to work on time and maintain a professional appearance at all times. The Mifuto kiosk, mobile phone, computer, tablet, and all company property must be kept clean, organized, and handled with care. Daily customer details, booking status, and work reports must be updated in the company's online system before the end of each working day. Employees must maintain a courteous and respectful relationship with patients, hospital staff, photographers, videographers, and fellow team members. Any operational issues, customer complaints, equipment problems, or concerns within the hospital environment must be reported immediately to the reporting manager. Customer and patient information is strictly confidential and must never be shared with any unauthorized person. Any breach of confidentiality may result in disciplinary action, termination of employment, and legal proceedings. Employees are expected to follow all Mifuto policies as well as the rules and regulations of the hospital while on duty. Mifuto reserves the right to modify work responsibilities, reporting structure, or work location based on operational requirements.
